Over the past year, Moloco’s Singapore team has undergone many positive changes. Our team has expanded from 4 to 10 people and we’ve just moved to our new office space this week.
Our new office is located in the Asia Square Tower—a high-tech workspace located in the heart of the city, highly accessible from Marina Bay, Downtown and Raffles Place MRT stations!

We started out with a sales team, but we have since built a bigger data team to support the business. Not only has our overall team size more than doubled in the past year, we anticipate doubling our workforce again in 2022 which is why we needed to expand our office space!
In 2021, Moloco Singapore began supporting customers in China and pioneered our business in this new market. Although Moloco China now has an independent office in Beijing, we will continue to have close collaborations.
In Singapore, we manage the mobile ad business, including advertisers and agencies for the entire Southeast Asian market. An increasing number of Southeast Asian apps are now targeting both the local and global market with Moloco.

I initially joined Moloco’s Seoul office in Korea. After focusing on expanding our Korean business for two years, Moloco offered me an opportunity to transfer to the Singapore office and build our China and Southeastern Asia business! I enjoy working with colleagues and partners from culturally diverse backgrounds living in Singapore.”

Every Wednesday evening, we work out together to have fun and to stay healthy! We enjoy running, cycling, F45 training, badminton, trampoline, and tennis! Every 4th Friday of the month, we have a team building event “TGIF” to bond with teammates across all departments. This enables us to learn about each other on a personal and professional level.

Nikhil Raj, former Partner at Bain and Company, has joined Moloco as Vice President of Retail Media Business. He brings extensive industry experience and expertise, having worked with many global companies to launch retail media businesses. Moloco’s Retail Media Platform empowers commerce platforms to establish their own performance ads business.
