Our Commitment

At Moloco, we are committed to operating with integrity. We provide multiple channels for employees, contractors, suppliers, vendors, business partners, and other external parties to raise questions or report concerns, including suspected violations of law, our policies, or our Code of Conduct.

How to report a concern

Reports may be submitted through any of the following channels, including anonymously where permitted by law:

  • Online: Submit a report through our Ethics Hotline
  • By phone: Call our compliance hotline toll-free in the United States at 1-844-974-5100. If you are outside the United States, local phone numbers are available here under "Other ways to raise a concern"

What to expect

Reports are reviewed and routed to the appropriate ethics and compliance personnel. We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible so we can follow up if needed. Please note that reports submitted through these channels involve communications with Moloco, Inc. in the United States, and may involve the collection and use of personal information about reporters who voluntarily provide their identity, as well as individuals identified in a report or investigation.

Non-retaliation

Moloco strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a review or investigation.
