Leadership
Ikkjin Ahn is Co-founder & CEO of Moloco, where he sets the strategy and vision for the company. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, and he led the company to global recognition as one of the fastest-growing and highest-performing companies in AI technology.
Before co-founding Moloco in 2013, Ikkjin worked at Google, where he developed YouTube's video profitability prediction system and served as the founding Tech Lead Manager for the Android Data team. His work on developing YouTube's early monetization systems revealed a multi-billion-dollar opportunity to bring the power of AI and machine learning to performance advertising for the mobile app ecosystem. That insight led to the founding of Moloco with a small team of machine learning engineers.
Ikkjin holds an MSE in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania and studied Computer Science as a graduate student at the University of California, San Diego. He earned a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Seoul National University.

Brandon Maultasch is Chief Financial Officer at Moloco, where he oversees all financial functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting, strategic finance, tax, treasury corporate development and investor relations, as well as IT and security.
Brandon joined Moloco in September 2021. Before Moloco, Brandon spent ten years in investment banking advising software and Internet companies. Most recently, Brandon was Managing Director of Software & Internet Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. During his investment banking career, he worked on strategic advisory and capital markets transactions across a wide range of vertical software and consumer Internet sectors.
Brandon earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a JD/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Entertainment, Media & Technology from NYU Stern School of Business. He holds a BA from Tufts University.

Iris Chen is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Moloco, where she spearheads the company's legal strategy and leads a global legal organization supporting product, commercial, privacy, regulatory, compliance, employment, and corporate governance matters. She continues to play a pivotal role in guiding Moloco as it grows.
Before joining Moloco, Iris held key legal leadership roles at Airbnb and Google, bringing extensive experience in large-scale operations and innovative product development. At Airbnb, she was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, responsible for a legal team of 50 members supporting global product development, partnerships, and operations. At Google, she spent over 14 years, most recently as Vice President of Legal, leading a legal team of over 140 members and overseeing legal aspects of flagship businesses like ads and search. Her deep expertise in scaling legal operations and navigating the dynamic ad technology landscape uniquely positions her to support Moloco's growth. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Ropes & Gray.
Iris earned a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in English from Yale College.

Sunil Rayan is General Manager of Moloco Ads, where he oversees the company's flagship business unit and drives its growth and global expansion.
Before joining Moloco, Sunil served as President and head of Disney+ Hotstar, where he grew the streaming business 8X to 50M+ subscribers, scaled 20+ markets internationally for Disney+ and Disney+ Hotstar across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and led the launch of the next-generation Hotstar streaming platform.
Previously, Sunil held leadership roles at Google for more than seven years, where he headed the company's Global Mobile App ads business and helped build Google Cloud's solutions for Games. Prior to Google, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, serving technology clients across a variety of functions.
Sunil earned a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Tal Shaked is Chief AI Officer at Moloco, where he provides counsel and execution to transform the company's product and engineering teams for the future. He defines the team's culture, areas of focus and execution, coaching, and where investments in the team should be made.
With decades of machine learning and engineering leadership experience, Tal brings deep technical expertise to advancing Moloco's AI capabilities. Before joining Moloco, Tal served as a Machine Learning (ML) Architect at Snowflake.
Previously, Tal held Distinguished Engineering roles in two separate tenures at Google where he co-founded Sibyl, a machine learning platform that boasted the most deployed production models, and built the teams responsible for Google's machine learning platform development. Additionally while at Google, Tal co-founded TensorFlow Extended, the next generation ML platform centered around deep learning which soon had 1000+ models trained throughout the company. Tal also held a ML role at Lyft.
Tal earned an MS in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.

Donghwan Jeon (DJ) is Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer at Moloco, where he leads the Moloco NEXT team, spearheading the development of next-generation growth engines for the company. From 2015 to 2024, DJ led the Product and Engineering organizations for Moloco Ads, scaling the platform's core capabilities and global infrastructure. Before co-founding Moloco, DJ worked on Google's Cloud Storage team.
DJ earned a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University.

Pat Copeland is General Manager of Moloco Commerce Media, where he leads strategic initiatives, product innovation, and customer engagement.
Before joining Moloco, Pat spent 30 years in leadership at top tech companies. At Zendesk, he led global teams building AI-powered customer support tools. At Amazon, he launched and scaled Sponsored Brands into a multi-billion-dollar ad platform.
He spent a decade at Google, where he played key roles in Advertising, Research, and Cloud Systems, helping earn the company IEEE's 2013 Company of the Year and oversaw award-winning products like Google WiFi. Pat began his career at Microsoft, working on operating systems, web services, SQL Server, and Bing.
Pat earned an MS in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from the University of Southern California and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.

Paul D'Arcy is Chief Marketing Officer at Moloco, where he leads the global marketing team in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. He is responsible for shaping Moloco's marketing strategy, strengthening its position as a leader in AI advertising, and accelerating growth across its product portfolio.
Before joining Moloco, Paul was Chief Marketing Officer at Miro, where he led a team of 100+ marketers to establish Miro as a standard tool for modern enterprises. Under his leadership, the company added millions of users and grew revenue by 1,000%. Prior to Miro, Paul spent over seven years as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Indeed, where he helped scale the company from $150 million to over $4 billion in revenue and cemented Indeed as the world's most-used job site. Earlier in his career, Paul held his first CMO role at MessageOne, a pioneer in email archiving and business continuity SaaS, which was acquired by Dell in 2008.
Paul earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan University.

Joanne Wrenn is Chief People Officer at Moloco, where she leads the company's global People strategy to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, strengthen leadership, and build the operating foundation required to scale. Prior to Moloco, Joanne served as Vice President of People at LinkedIn, where she led global teams across HR technology, workforce planning, and employee experience, helping scale the company through a period of significant growth. She has also held roles across IT, Operations, and Product Management in the U.S. and EMEA.
Joanne studied French and Business Administration at Leinster Business Institute in Dublin, Ireland. She earned a certificate in the Women's Corporate Board Readiness Program from Santa Clara University.

Yvonne Wiryadinata is Chief Accounting Officer at Moloco, where she leads global accounting and controllership which oversees the financial infrastructure, accounting policies, controls, and processes that support the company's growth.
Yvonne brings more than 20 years of experience in finance operations, technical accounting, SEC reporting, capital markets, and IPO readiness. Before joining Moloco, she was VP, Head of Finance at OpenSea, where she oversaw all financial functions. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Meta in senior accounting and finance leadership roles, including as Global Controller of Meta's fintech business. During her tenure, she played a key role in the company's IPO and major acquisitions, including Instagram and WhatsApp.
Earlier in her career, Yvonne worked at Big Four accounting firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia, advising companies on complex accounting matters, financial reporting, and cross-border capital markets transactions.
Yvonne is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned an MPA and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Shailesh Murali is Vice President of Strategic Finance,responsible for corporate development, investor relations, Tax, and Treasury. Shailesh is also actively involved in several commercial and business development initiatives.
Before joining Moloco, Shailesh was the Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at DXC Technology. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Software Investment Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that, he worked at Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Nortel Networks.
Shailesh holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS, Pilani) with degrees in Chemical and Civil Engineering.

Francesco Renzo is Vice President, Go To Market at Moloco, where he supports sales and drives global growth strategies.
Previously, Francesco worked at Google on Revenue Analytics, building and growing the apps sales team in the Americas, and driving Channel Partner Strategy and Operations. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey in Milan, Shanghai, and Boston, focusing on Marketing and Sales for B2B.
Francesco holds an MBA from MIT Sloan. He earned an MS and a BSc in Finance from Università Bocconi in Milan.

Jean-Luc Nahon is Head of Product for Moloco Ads, where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution for the Moloco Ads advertising platform. He is responsible for driving product innovation, scaling the platform to meet the needs of performance marketers globally, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to Moloco's customers.
Before joining Moloco, Jean-Luc spent nearly 15 years at Amazon in senior leadership roles, primarily within Amazon Advertising, where he led cross-functional teams across Sponsored Ads, Brand Stores, Books Advertising, Advertiser Experience, and Creative Tech.
Jean-Luc earned an MBA from INSEAD in France and an MSc in Engineering and Computer Science from Ecole Centrale de Marseille.

Dawn Ostroff serves on the Board of Directors of Moloco. She has extensive board experience across multiple industries, currently advising several innovative startups and early-stage-growth companies, and serving as a director on the boards of Mattel and Sweetgreen. Most recently, Dawn served as Chief Content & Advertising Business Officer at Spotify. She overseeing all global content, content operations, and advertising revenue, driving more than a threefold increase in the company's advertising business.
Prior to Spotify, Dawn was President of Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE), where she founded the company's digital video division, built its technology and advertising teams, and established and led the film and television division. In 2006, she helped launch The CW Network and served as President of Entertainment. She began her career as a journalist, working as an anchor and reporter at WINZ, a CBS All News Radio affiliate.
Dawn holds a BS from Florida International University.

Jaebum (JB) Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Moloco. A Los Angeles-based technology entrepreneur and investor, he co-founded AmazeVR in 2015, serving as Co-founder and CEO before transitioning to Chairman of the Board, a role he has held since 2018. He also leads early-stage investments in AI startups through his personal and partnership ventures, including as Managing Partner at Three Body Partners. He serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Webb Schools.
Prior to AmazeVR, he co-founded Kakao in 2007 and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2014, building the company into one of Korea's leading technology platforms spanning messaging, commerce, and fintech.
JB holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University.

Patricia Wadors serves on the Board of Directors of Moloco. She is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Intuitive, where she leads a global organization responsible for all aspects of the company's employee experience. She served on the board of Accolade, Inc. from February 2020 until April 2025. Before joining Intuitive in October 2024, Patricia was Chief People Officer at UKG, a leader in human capital management technology. Prior to UKG, she served as CPO of Procore Technologies and held multiple leadership roles at ServiceNow, LinkedIn, Plantronics, Inc., and Yahoo!
Patricia earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Sabrina Simmons serves on the Board of Directors of Moloco. She is the CFO of Petco and serves on the board of Columbia Sportswear Company. Previously, Sabrina was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap, Inc. where she supported a multi-year operational transformation and delivered significant margin expansion and shareholder value. She also served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Coursera, as well as the boards of Williams-Sonoma and e.l.f. Beauty.
Sabrina holds an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles and a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.

Sehyuk Park is Co-founder & CIO of Moloco. He founded and led the company's largest global team, consisting of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and data engineers who power Moloco's core machine learning platform. Beyond his technical leadership, he is actively involved in mentoring and coaching team members and representing Moloco at industry events and conferences.
Before co-founding Moloco, Sehyuk spent nearly six years at Oracle working on the Cloud Computing, Nimbula, and Virtualization teams, contributing to virtual machine and cloud computing projects at scale.
Sehyuk earned a BS in Computer Science from Seoul National University and pursued graduate studies in computer science and machine learning at Stanford University.
