We, Moloco, Inc., process personal data about you when you apply, or we consider you, for a job at Moloco, Inc. or its subsidiaries (collectively “Moloco”). You are sending your application to the United States if you apply through this site. You can also apply directly to each subsidiary locally.

Data Collection, Purposes, and Retention

We collect the personal data you submit to us directly and from publicly available materials (such as those available on the open internet), referrals, job boards, networking sites, or a prior connection with you. We collect information that identifies you (for example your employment history), identifiers (for example name, contact information), internet or other electronic network activity information (when you use our websites), geolocation data, audio and visual information (in virtual interviews and if you visit our premises with CCTV monitoring), professional and employment-related information, education information, and inferences (our assessment of your candidacy against available Moloco jobs). We also collect the following sensitive personal information: your log-in information (when you create an applicant account), your health information (if you choose to provide it for accommodations in the interview process) and, only if your candidacy moves forward and as part of onboarding, we also collect your personal identification number such as a U.S. social security number, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number (as necessary and permitted). You choose what information you actively provide. Without your personal data, we will be unable to consider you for Moloco jobs.

We use your personal data as reasonably necessary and proportionate to manage our recruitment-related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results of those interviews and tests, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes such as to confirm your identity and work authorization status and otherwise comply with applicable laws. Background checks are carried out for some job locations and roles through a company specializing in such checks. If you are offered a job, recruitment-related personal data will be used for pre-hire purposes. If you become an employee, it will be used for onboarding and employment purposes. In some cases, we use your personal data to determine the need to provide you with appropriate adjustments or accommodations during the recruitment process or employment, when conducting internal audits or workplace investigations, or to support or defend legal claims.

We will retain your personal data as long as it is necessary to evaluate you for Moloco employment and as necessary for compliance with applicable laws, exercise or defense of legal rights, and archiving, back-up and deletion processes.

Your Rights
