Wayfair partners with Moloco to transform display advertising

We’re thrilled to announce that Wayfair, one of the world's largest online destinations for home goods, has partnered with Moloco to enhance its advertising business. With an ecosystem of 22.4 million customers, Wayfair continues to lead the industry as an innovator in its adoption of advanced machine learning capabilities to deliver personalized ads and to launch new ad units.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Wayfair's ongoing efforts to provide their customers with a more tailored onsite shopping experience. By integrating Moloco Commerce Media, Wayfair is optimizing ad performance and delivering highly relevant product recommendations to its customers.

Moloco and Wayfair engineering teams collaborated to merge technologies, integrate Moloco’s APIs, and unite Wayfair’s unique datasets with Moloco’s models to enhance Wayfair’s existing in-house advertising tech stack.

Key highlights of the partnership

Enhanced personalization: Moloco's ML-powered commerce media tech enables Wayfair to deliver personalized ads based on real-time, anonymous shopper behavior patterns, purchase history, and other factors such as browsing context and time of day.

New ad units: The partnership introduces a new Sponsored Display unit empowering Wayfair's suppliers to capture shoppers' attention during the journey, deliver dynamic creatives, generate sales, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Moloco Commerce Media offers a white-label, API-based software to help retailers and marketplaces use real-time data to serve personalized ads, maximize yield, and deliver unparalleled performance for advertisers. Many of these retailers and marketplaces can achieve significant growth in onsite advertising revenue.
