Moloco announced the appointments of Sabrina Simmons and Pat Wadors to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2022.
Sabrina Simmons is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gap Inc., and currently sits on the boards of Coursera, Columbia Sportswear, and Petco. Pat Wadors is Chief People Officer of UKG and currently holds a board position with Accolade, Inc. Prior to UKG, Wadors held roles at tech companies including LinkedIn and Yahoo! Both join Moloco as Independent Board Members.

Sabrina Simmons brings more than 30 years of experience in financial excellence and board leadership. As EVP and CFO at Gap Inc., she oversaw a global finance organization including planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, tax, and investor relations. She previously held executive roles at Sygen International and Levi Strauss & Co. Simmons previously held board roles at Williams-Sonoma and e.l.f. Cosmetics.
Pat Wadors draws on a background of more than three decades of human resources expertise and people-centric leadership at category-leading software companies UKG, Procore Technologies, ServiceNow, Yahoo!, and LinkedIn. With a deep commitment to the entire employee experience and a passion for bringing diversity, equity, and belonging to the workplace, Wadors oversees critical HR functions that bring work policies and practices to life, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee listening and people analytics, employee communications, and HR technology. Wadors previously sat on the board of UKG before becoming Chief People Officer in 2022, as well as Zenefits, El Camino Hospital, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County.
