What does success on Moloco Commerce Media look like, and how long does it take?

We measure success by A2G, which is your ad revenue as a percent of your total sales volume (GMV). It's the clearest signal that your retail media business is actually growing. Retailers have hit 1% A2G within their first year. Some of those go on to reach 2% within the first two years, and the strongest surpassed 3% within the first three years. Growth comes from a defined playbook we run with you, covering both how you attract advertisers and how you expand ad inventory. We revisit and build on it together every six months.
