Important information:

  • If your request relates to data collected through a specific app or advertiser, please contact them directly.
  • For requests related to Moloco's advertising services, you must provide your device ID (IDFA/GAID).
  • For requests related to Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) platform, please contact the retail platform where you interacted with a Moloco product. Moloco is unable to directly fulfill your request.
  • Moloco generally handles requests within 30 days of receiving the appropriate information
