Takeshi Ariki is the Head of Moloco Ads where he leads the growth and adoption of Moloco Ads in Japan. He is responsible for driving the platform’s impact across the region, helping app businesses scale through Moloco’s machine learning–powered advertising solution. With deep expertise in mobile advertising, digital transformation, and data-driven growth, Takeshi focuses on helping companies unlock smarter user acquisition and monetization strategies in Japan’s rapidly evolving app economy. His forward-looking approach and understanding of market trends position him at the forefront of Moloco’s expansion in one of the world’s most dynamic mobile markets.

Takeshi has over 25 years of experience in the online technology industry, with a career spanning engineering, digital marketing, and product strategy. Before joining Moloco, he spent more than a decade at Google Japan, where he led the App Solutions team and helped drive adoption of key technologies like App Campaigns and Firebase—playing a major role in shaping Japan’s app ecosystem. Throughout his time at Google, he supported the growth of over 100 companies through data-driven strategies. In 2024, he became Japan General Manager of Mistplay, leading the startup’s go-to-market efforts in the region.

Takeshi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Faculty of Economics at Seikei University in Japan.
